Wayne and Mandy Enoka are the proud directors of Wānaka Select, long term Wānaka locals, bringing together decades of combined experience, an unwavering work ethic and a genuine commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of their business. Mandy drives sales, marketing, yield management and onboarding of new luxury properties, whilst Wayne brings his vast reservations and operational experience, leading and empowering his teams.
With hospitality backgrounds spanning, customer service, leadership, tutoring, operational management, and luxury property care, Wayne and Mandy have built Wānaka Select on a foundation of strong values: trust, quality, respect, whānau and accountability. They believe that excellence is not an act but a habit, reflected in the way they support their team, communicate with clients, and uphold the highest standards in their services.
Community is at the heart of everything they do. Wayne and Mandy are passionate about contributing positively to the vibrant Wanaka region, supporting local community initiatives, businesses and sporting teams. Giving back and contributing time to coaching, sports management, governance and officiating are vital to this caring couple, along with supporting their 3 lads striving for their own sporting success and cultural opportunities.
