Mandy leads sales, marketing, revenue management, and the onboarding of new luxury properties, while Wayne draws on his extensive expertise in reservations and operations to lead, support, and empower their high-performing team.

With backgrounds spanning luxury hospitality, customer service, leadership, operational management, and premium property care, Wayne and Mandy have built Wānaka Select on a foundation of enduring values: trust, quality, respect, whānau, and accountability.
